Who is responsible

This website does not collect anything from you
There is no form on this site that sends data to us. The booking bar on the home page does not submit anything: it only assembles a message and opens your own email client or WhatsApp, so you can see it and decide whether to send it. Until you choose to send that message, we receive nothing.
What we do receive, and when
- When you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp: your name, the address or number you write from, the dates and party you ask about, and whatever else you choose to tell us.
- When you stay with us: the details needed to arrange and invoice the stay, and the identity details that Albanian law requires accommodation providers to record for their guests.
- Server logs: this website is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like any web server, it records technical request data including IP addresses. We do not have access to these logs and we do not analyse them. See the GitHub Privacy Statement.
- If you book through Booking.com: your reservation data reaches us through that platform, which is a separate controller with its own privacy policy.
Why we use it, and on what basis
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a stay
- Steps taken at your request before a contract, and performance of the accommodation contract itself.
- To meet legal obligations
- Guest records, tax and accounting duties that apply to accommodation providers in Albania.
- To keep in touch about a booking you have made
- Our legitimate interest in running the property and dealing with any question or dispute about a stay.
We do not use your data for marketing, we do not build profiles, and we make no automated decisions about you.
Who else sees it
We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. It may be seen by our accountant, by the authorities where the law requires guest or tax reporting, and by the email or messaging provider that carries our correspondence. Nothing more.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into a stay are kept only while the conversation is useful, and then deleted. Records connected to an actual stay are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and then deleted.
Your rights
Under Albanian data protection law — and under the GDPR if you write to us from the European Union — you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive it in a portable form. Write to villa24vlore@gmail.com and we will answer within a month.
If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Albanian Information and Data Protection Commissioner (idp.al), or to the supervisory authority of the EU country you live in.
Children
This website is not aimed at children. Where children stay with us, we only handle the details their parent or guardian gives us as part of the booking.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date at the top.
Cookie Policy
What this website stores on your device.
Nothing. This site sets no cookies of any kind — not even technical or preference cookies — and stores nothing in your browser's local storage or session storage.
Why there is no cookie banner
A consent banner exists to ask permission for cookies and similar tracking. There is nothing here to ask permission for, so there is no banner. The site is a single static page: the images, the text and the small amount of JavaScript that switches language and opens the photo gallery all come from this same website, and none of them writes to your device.
What we do not use
- No analytics or statistics tools of any kind.
- No advertising, remarketing or conversion pixels.
- No social network buttons, widgets or embedded posts.
- No embedded maps, videos or chat widgets.
- No external fonts, scripts or stylesheets — the page uses the fonts already on your device.
Links that take you elsewhere
The page links out to Booking.com, Instagram, WhatsApp and Google Maps. Those are ordinary links: nothing is loaded from those services while you are on our page, and they learn nothing about your visit unless you click through. Once you do, you are on their site and their own cookie and privacy policies apply — not this one.
Server logs
Our host records technical request data, as described in the Privacy Policy. Those are server-side logs, not cookies, and they do not involve anything being stored on your device.

What this website is
This site presents Villa24 Vlorë, an aparthotel with four private rooms in the centre of Vlorë, Albania. It is published by the owners of the property for information.
Prices and availability are not a binding offer
The rates shown are indicative starting prices for the season, per night, and they depend on the room, the dates, the number of guests and how long you stay. They are not a quote and they are not an offer in the legal sense. Nothing on this page reserves a room.
A booking exists only once we have confirmed it to you in writing — by email or WhatsApp — after checking availability. This applies equally to any message prepared through the booking bar on the home page.
Booking, arrival and departure
- Check-in from 14:30, check-out by 10:00.
- Pets are not accepted.
- The rooms are for the number of guests agreed in the booking.
- Cancellation and payment terms are agreed in writing when you book. If you book through Booking.com, that platform's conditions apply to the reservation.
Accuracy
We keep the descriptions, photographs and rates on this page up to date and honest. The photographs are of this property and are not stock images. Even so, rooms are individual and a room may differ in small details from the one photographed, and a price may change after publication. If something here matters to your decision, ask us and we will confirm it.
Automated agents
This page publishes a small set of tools that an AI assistant running in your browser can use to read the rooms and rates and to prepare an enquiry. Those tools only read what is already visible on the page and prepare a draft message. They cannot make, change or cancel a reservation, and an answer given by an assistant is not a confirmation from us. Anything told to you by an automated system should be checked with us directly.
Photographs and text
The text and the photographs on this site belong to Villa24 Vlorë. Please do not republish or reuse them commercially without asking us first. Linking to the site is welcome.
Links to other sites
Where we link to Booking.com, Instagram, WhatsApp or Google Maps, we have no control over what those services show or how they operate, and we are not responsible for their content.
Availability of the site
The site is published as it is. We cannot promise it will always be reachable or error-free, and we are not liable for loss arising from it being briefly unavailable or from a typing error in a description — which does not limit any right you have under the accommodation contract itself or under mandatory consumer law.
Applicable law
These terms, and any stay at Villa24, are governed by the law of the Republic of Albania, and the courts of Vlorë have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country.
